Emission Quality Solutions
Emission Quality Solutions for Cleaner Performance
At the forefront of environmental responsibility, our Emission Quality Solutions provide advanced technologies designed to reduce harmful emissions and improve air quality. We proudly offer top-tier components and systems, such as Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and Catalytic Converters. These products are tailored to meet strict regulatory standards and enhance vehicle performance. By choosing our solutions, you ensure that your equipment runs efficiently while also helping to create a cleaner, healthier environment.
In addition to this, we manufacture and customize Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and Catalytic Converters (Purifiers). Furthermore, we provide advanced technologies to reduce diesel emissions at the source. These solutions not only protect the environment for your operators but also help you minimize harmful emissions.
SMF-ER
Particles are collected in the filter. Since there is no regeneration strategy for this type of filter, it means the filter will need to be removed and cleaned when back pressure rises.
One key feature of the SMF-ER system is its easy installation and removal from the machine for maintenance. In addition, the SMF-ER offers several advantages to machine operators. Notably, it provides an economical solution for equipping an entire fleet of similar construction machines.
Moreover, the regeneration requirements of the filter are displayed on an easy-to-read gauge. This way, the filter can be removed and cleaned on-site, making maintenance more convenient.
SMF-AR
For lower temperature engines, the SMF-AR system adds an additive and heats coils, which enables regeneration.
This system is particularly ideal for applications with varying profiles and low exhaust gas temperatures, such as those commonly found on construction sites, mobile machines, and static equipment.
Furthermore, the SMF-AR System (Sintered Metal Filter with Active Regeneration) autonomously regenerates, regardless of exhaust gas temperature and operating profile.
In addition to its efficiency, the compact design and modular structure allow for adaptation to different applications. The system includes customizable inlet and outlet pipes, as well as mounting brackets, making it suitable for various machines and vehicles.
SMF-CRT
For higher temperature exhaust gas, the SMF-CRT system requires no additional components or support for regeneration. Specifically, the modular SMF technology was developed for medium to high kW performance applications. This means these filter systems can usually replace the original acoustic damper during retrofitting. Furthermore, they can be adapted individually to different machines and stationary equipment.
Importantly, the modular SMF systems require no extra regeneration aids, additives, or modifications to the engine management system. In other words, they work autonomously and efficiently without needing additional intervention.
S-CRT
To reduce pollutants, HJS has developed the SCRT system (Selective Catalytic Reduction + Trap) in combination with the diesel particle filter. With this modular structured system, nitrogen oxides are almost completely removed from diesel exhaust gases.
To reduce the soot collected in the SMF, the proven HJS-SMF technology with passive regeneration is used.
Moreover, the SCR unit reduces environmental pollution and health-threatening nitrogen oxide emissions from diesel engines by up to 99 percent.
When combined with the HJS particle filter, the SCR system effectively reduces almost all pollutants in diesel exhaust gases. In short, the SCRT system is a combination of a DPF and an SCR system.
SMF-FBC
Emission Quality Solutions
To enhance the ignition temperature of soot in Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs), an additive is introduced. This allows for low-temperature regeneration.
Furthermore, a Fuel Born Catalyst (FBC) has been developed to both increase fuel efficiency and reduce emissions. In addition, these solutions work in multiple ways by addressing the core issues behind incomplete combustion.
Catalytic Converter (DOC)
Emission Quality Solutions
A Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) chemically transforms harmful exhaust gases into less hazardous substances, thereby reducing pollution.
Additionally, Catalytic Converters (DOCs) use a catalyst, typically a precious metal coating like platinum or palladium, to accelerate the chemical reactions between oxygen and pollutants in the air. As a result, these reactions convert the pollutants into less toxic by-products, such as water vapor, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen gas.
Fume Diluter
Diluters are designed to dilute and cool hazardous engine exhaust gases, which ensures that operators work in a healthier environment. Additionally, this process reduces the risk of igniting nearby flammable or combustible materials due to the lower exhaust temperatures.
For operators of vehicles within tunnels, containers, and warehouses, diluters can be designed so that the exhaust flow is projected away from the vehicle or stationary equipment.
LPG & Diesel Purifier
A purifier removes impurities and contaminants to help reduce emissions. Specifically, as a truck, forklift, or heavy-duty vehicle shifts heavier loads, it produces more pollution. However, with a purifier, these pollutants are significantly reduced.
